Dr Nick Losseff is a consultant neurologist at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery , UCL Hospitals, and The Cleveland Clinic London.

Nick qualified from St Thomas' Hospital in London and trained in neurology at Kings, St Thomas, UCH and The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosugery. He was previously awarded the Queen Square Prize in Neurology and The European Neurology Society Prize.

Nick has been a consultant since 2000 and runs a very active "general" neurology practice (diagnosis and treatment of headache, migraine, seizures, dizziness, funny turns, numbness, etc). He sub-specialises in the assessment and management of stroke and TIA.

Nick has held several senior leadership positions in the NHS to medical director level, and is best known for his work to improve stroke services in London. He served as the London Clinical Director for Neuroscience between 2013 -17 and was appointed by Cleveland Clinic London as the Medical Director  for Global Patient Services and Strategic Alliances in 2019.

Most problems can be sorted out in one sitting, though this is not the case for complex problems. Sometimes it is useful schedule investigation before the consultation. My secretary can discuss this with you.
 

Nick is recognised by all UK medical insurers and fully fee assured by AXA PPP and BUPA.
 

If admission is required this will be at The National Hospital or Cleveland Clinic London both of which have excellent neurology, neurorehabilitation and neurosurgery facilities.

The Contact Centre is open 07:30 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and 07:30 to 15:00 on Saturday. 

I will be undertaking clinics on Tuesday afternoon (12- 4pm) and Thursday morning (8-12pm) ) at the  Portland Place Outpatient Centre at 24 Portland Place, London W1B 1LU, in the Harley Street Medical Area. This is a five minute walk from Oxford Circus underground station and on-street parking is available nearby for your convenience.

I will continue a clinic at The Private Consulting Rooms, 23 Queen Square, WC1N 3BG on Wednesday afternoons.
